drums Alessio Palizzi was born in Ortona (CH) on September 9th, 1983. He has been breathing music since his birth, thanks to his father who was a guitarist and a disc-collector. His passion for the drums starts at the age of eight years, when he begins to follow his father to the rehearses of his band, seeing the drummer playing. He has been playing drums without taking lessons for seven years. But, at the end, he knows the drummer and his actual teacher Carlo Porfilio (www.carloporfilio.it) so he begins his studies. In the meantime he forms several bands with some friends, but his first experiences as a professional start at the age of sixtenn, when he begins to play in several pubs in Italy with more than one band. |
